Tyler Doucette is a film/TV and media composer, orchestrator, arranger, and musician originally from New York City, now based in Boston. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in music, majoring in Film Scoring and minoring in Contemporary Writing and Conducting at Berklee College of Music.
Tyler's rich musical upbringing in NYC has profoundly influenced his artistry, fueling a passion for exploring diverse genres and musical styles. From picking up the clarinet for the first time in middle school band to playing in orchestra at LaGuardia High School, playing guitar in various off-Broadway pit bands, rock bands, gospel bands, flamenco shows, to recording original music at the Power Station NYC, his musical journey has been full of twists and turns, each adding layers to his unique compositional voice. His global studies have further enriched his creative palette, inspiring compositions that fuse cultural influences into innovative soundscapes.
